Stradcom Corporation is a leading private sector proponent for government information technology projects under the Build-Own-Operate (BOO) Scheme of the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) Law in the Philippines.
The BOO scheme allows for government
projects to be built and operated with no cash out from the
government. The cost of these projects will be shouldered
by the private sector.
Stradcom is currently implementing
the Land Transportation Office-Information Technology(LTO-IT)
Project.
