Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for determining business requirements for development of new modified business process thru direct coordination with clients and third party contractors; collaborating with application development team to translate requirements into technical design specifications; develop and refine standard business processes and participate in various continuous improvement initiatives; document and maintain detailed system documentation for new and existing systems such as Business Process Specifications, Change Orders, Reports, etc.

Qualifications:

• College degree in Industrial Engineering/ Industrial Management/ Business Administration
• Preferably with at least 1 year experience in related fields
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Required skill(s): Business process analysis, re-engineering, systems analysis and design, good oral and written communication skills, proficient in MS Office applications
• Preferably skill(s): with project management background, knowledge in MS Project as a project management tool
• Required language(s): English.
