Duties and
Responsibilities:
|

The Connectivity
Operations Coordinator serves as the primary interface to the interconnectivity
project clients from the moment the Business Development Department turnover
the project to Connectivity Operations Department. He/she is responsible for
managing client relationship by understanding the project direction, impeding
changes and requirements as well as initiating supporting activities to ensure
the smooth and seamless operations at the client side. Manage day-to-day
operations of the specific interconnectivity project to ensure achievement of
the set revenue objectives. Contribute to the development of short-term and
long-term revenue generation, customer relationship and operating efficiency
strategy. Responsible for tracking, managing and communicating progress on
respective interconnectivity project to all concerned departments, management
and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
|
-
Graduate of any
related business, and/or computer-related course or equivalent discipline.

Must have at
least 3 years in account management course or customer relationship experience.

Ability to
analyze and improve operating process and policies
-
Background in IT
implementation preferred but not required
-
Required
skill(s): account management, strong customer focus and ability to set and
manage customer expectations, ability to interpret and communicate technical
information to business language and vise versa, strong project and problem
solving skills with ability to manage multiple projects, ability to work in a
fast-paced environment, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
