reports from LTO sites

Provide first
level assistance and resolution to all reported problems

Prepare
corresponding service request report for every reported problem, incidents,
issues and concerns

Escalate the
service requests to responsible groups immediately for proper action, if
applicable. Ensure that complete information provided

Perform the
necessary follow-up until the problem is resolved
-
Monitor
outstanding service requests and updates status of reported problems in the
Call Tracking & Management System

Other tasks that
may be assigned from time to time
