HR Specialist

Duties and
Responsibilities:
|
-
To provide
efficient assistance to the department in all phases of HR but would specialize
in Compensation and Benefits, formulation and implementation and employee
relations. Maintains job evaluation system; formulate and implement performance
appraisal, administer salary and benefits program. Assists in the preparation
and maintenance of company manual and policies. Develop and implement employee
motivational programs and handles company-wide activities/programs

Qualifications:
|
-
College graduate
preferably with background in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business
Administration or Management with Masteral units or Industrial Relations or any
business related course.

Between 30-35
years old
-
Very good
organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
-
Excellent human
relations skills at all levels. Keen to details and must be computer literate.
-
With at least
five (5) years of experience in HR field focusing on compensation & benefits
and employee relations. Knowledgeable of government regulations
-
Must be
confident, open-minded, patient and approachable
